Whistleblower law in Finland #

Finland transposed EU Directive 2019/1937 through the Ilmoittajansuojelulaki (Act 1171/2022), which entered into force on January 1, 2023. Employers with 50 or more employees must operate an internal whistleblower reporting channel.
