Whistleblower law in Croatia #

Croatia transposed EU Directive 2019/1937 through the Zakon o zaštiti prijavitelja nepravilnosti, with a revised version entering into force in April 2022. Employers with 50 or more employees must operate an internal whistleblower reporting channel.
