“Can we review the platform before deployment?” Yes. Create the organization account at ethicsportal.eu to review and configure the portal. Production operation requires an active plan.
“Is it compliant with EU Directive 2019/1937?” Yes. See our Directive 2019/1937 coverage map for an article-by-article breakdown.
“Where is my data stored?” Core whistleblower report data is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Nuremberg, Germany. The marketing site is delivered via Cloudflare (United States); the reporting and handler portals are not. See the DPA for customer-instructed processing and the Privacy Notice for separate public-site processing.
“Do you offer a DPA?” Yes. See our Data Processing Agreement or email for a countersigned PDF.
“Who is the contracting party?” See our trust page for contracting-party and procurement details.
“Can you support procurement review?” Yes. The DPA template, registry evidence, and available procurement-review materials can be requested. A signed DPA is supplied after execution with that customer. See trust .
